Kelly A. Feron
Kelly A. Feron is a founding partner of Feron Poleon, LLP, and previously was a managing partner with the law firm of Spadafora & Verrastro. She concentrates her practice in Matrimonial and Family law at the trial and appellate levels. Admitted to practice in 1990, Kelly is graduate of Canisius College and the University of Detroit School of Law. She is the co-author of Religious Observance as a Factor in Child Custody and Visitation. Kelly is past lecturer for the New York State Bar Association. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, Matrimonial and Family Law Committees, and served for many years on the Judiciary
Committee. Kelly is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Katie M. Poleon
Katie M. Poleon is a founding partner of Feron Poleon, LLP, and previously was a senior associate attorney with the law firm of Spadafora & Verrastro. She concentrates her practice in Matrimonial and Family law. Katie is a graduate of Canisius College (B.A.) and the University at Buffalo School of Law (J.D.). Initially admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, Katie spent nearly five (5) years practicing in the area of complex civil litigation at a large multinational law firm in Chicago. Since relocating back to the Buffalo area with her family, Katie has practiced in the area of Matrimonial and Family law at the trial and appellate levels. Admitted to the New York bar in 2011, she is a member of the New York and Erie County Bar Association.
